ABOUT
With a unique blend of deep scientific expertise and proven success in business consulting across multiple industries, I bring strong managerial, structural problem-solving, and analytical skills to deliver impactful results.
My career path began in the world of molecular biology research, where I spent over a decade studying the intricacies of drug design. As a structural biology researcher in Europe and the US, I applied biophysics and computational biology techniques to determine 3D protein structures critical to the pharmaceutical industry. My research contributions led to several high-impact publications and eight entries in the Protein Data Bank, each valued at several hundred thousand euros, further advancing the field of healthcare. This solid foundation in scientific rigor has shaped my approach to problem-solving, data analysis, and project execution.
Transitioning to business consulting, I brought my scientific mindset to the commercial world. I’ve worked with leading firms such as IQVIA MedTech, McKinsey & Company, and as an independent consultant, specializing in pharmaceutical and metallurgical industries. I have helped companies across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Asia develop strategies, navigate cultural and organizational transformations, perform due diligence during acquisitions, acquire the latest market data, and identify significant economic impacts.
My multidisciplinary background allows me to act as a bridge between science and business, providing unique insights and practical solutions. I’ve helped organizations optimize their operations, fine-tune their strategies, and generate measurable results. Whether conducting market research, improving KPIs, or driving value engineering through cost-saving initiatives, my focus is always on delivering value in a timely manner and closely collaborating with clients to align projects with their specific needs.
I thrive in both independent and team settings, leveraging my ability to work across industries and cultures. Whether working with executives, researchers, or teams on the ground, I am committed to adapting quickly to new challenges and delivering clear, actionable solutions.
Let’s work together to unlock the full potential of your business and make a meaningful impact in your industry.
